Meet Matt
Matt has excelled in the talent acquisition space for 14+ years, all focused in the life sciences industry. He thrives in successfully cultivating and managing client and candidate relationships with professionals in exciting biotechs and innovative pharmas. His vast experience ranges from working at “prestigious” firms like Korn Ferry, managing teams at a mid-size boutique, and being a 1-person shop. He possesses a “servant mentality” truly passionate about understanding people’s mission, “why”, and leaving a positive footprint with individuals fueling their professional and business growth.
Along with his pursuit of creating a better recruiting experience, the life sciences space is dear, as his father passed from cancer January 2020. Like many others affected, he strives to make a difference by connecting ideal candidates with companies developing cures for cancer and other diseases impacting patients and their families.
